Q1: What is needed for quotation?
A: For Flexible PCB, we need quantity, Gerber file and Technic requirements (material, surface finish treatment, copper thickness, board thickness, ...)
For Flex PCB Assembly: we need Flex PCB information, BOM, (Testing documents...)
Q2. Do you have MOQ?
There is no MOQ in Flex PCB. We are able to handle Small as well as large volume production with flexibility.
Q3: How soon can i expect a response for my RFQs request ?
A: We will respond to your quotation within 24 hours.
Q4: Are my files safe?
A:Your files are held in complete safety and security. We protect the intellectual property for our customers in the whole process. All documents from customers are never shared with any third parties.
Q5: What kinds of PCB file format can you accept for production?
A: Gerber, protel 99SE, protel DXP, CAM350, ODB+(.TGZ)
Q6: What test methods do you provide?
A: The FPCBs will go through 100% AOI, 100% E test, X-ray, Default circuit testing, Reliability testing in regular, and more testing as customer required.
Q7:What is the delivery time?
As Normal: 5-10 working days for samples, 10-35working days for bulk production depends on order quantity and forecast order provided.
For Urgent project, We can arrange preferential processing and control the delivery time as you request
Q8: What is standard shipping time?
A: It's about 3-7 working days shipping by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or by Ocean shipping.
